Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, advertising/marketing communications.
• 1–3 years design experience at a top studio or in-house department are necessary.
• Work in financial services field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all stages of the creative process from concept development through release and/or launch, including layout design and final file approval.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, project managers, and the digital team.
• Develop innovative graphic design that positions our brand effectively.
• Ideate and brainstorm concepts reflecting brand style and consistency.
• Create quality design mock-ups and prototypes for senior approval.
• Design and help build imagery and motion graphics for dynamic web pages with the digital team.
• Complete projects on time within budget constraints.
