Job summary

Havenly is seeking a Content & Brand Strategy Manager to connect our brands and teams. You are a sharp writer with editorial instincts, reporting to the Brand Director, turning strategy into high-quality work across multiple brands and channels.

You will own the content engine, monitor customer insights, and drive cross-functional projects to timely delivery while maintaining brand voice and SEO performance.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in content/editorial and brand marketing, including hands-on SEO and managing a copywriter or freelancer roster.
• Analytical and copywriting skills with the ability to translate data into content priorities and personas.
• Strong program management skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Run the content engine across brands; manage freelancers and editorial calendar.
• Translate customer insights into content priorities and measure content performance.
• Lead cross-brand editorial, ensure on-brand voice, and oversee AI-assisted content tooling.
• Own influencer and GTM coordination with Brand Director and cross-functional partners.
