Job summary

30hop Group is seeking a full-time Brand Content Producer to join our team. You’ll create compelling photo and video content inside our restaurants and for our brands across 30hop, Tribute Eatery & Bar, and Iowa Athletic Club. You’ll own social media from planning to execution, shoot and edit, and help shape the brand voice.

You’ll travel roughly five days a month across the Midwest; salary ranges from $65,000 to $79,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional photo and video production experience.
• Strong portfolio featuring people, environments and storytelling.
• Proficiency with cameras, lighting, audio and editing software.
• Experience creating content across major social platforms.
• Experience with YouTube Studio or similar.
• Strong visual storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Self-directed and collaborative across teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Produce photo and video content (approx. 70%), plus social media execution (approx. 30%).
• Shoot and edit content across 30hop brands including food and environments.
• Own social media calendars, posting, community management and anchor content.
• Develop long-form video and YouTube presence as a brand channel.
• Turn long-form stories into short-form social content for multiple platforms.
• Plan shoots with professional lighting, sound, composition and editing.
• Capture spontaneous moments while upholding brand quality.
• Write engaging social copy matching each brand voice.
• Maintain photo/video asset libraries across locations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Brand & Marketing and operators.
• Monitor channels, engage guests, and grow audience relationships.
• Stay current on platforms and production trends; push original ideas.
