Job summary

Harbor, based in Toledo, is seeking a Marketing Communications Designer to join our team. You will develop and design visual and written content that supports Harbor’s brand identity and communication strategy across materials, digital assets, and campaigns.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Graphic Design and 2–4 years of relevant experience, plus strong writing, communication, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency to deliver high-quality graphics and messaging for community programs and

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design/communications.
Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Ensure Harbor’s brand identity and messaging across locations and platforms.
Develop brochures, digital graphics, infographics, presentations, ads, and internal communications.
Create assets to support Harbor’s grants, community programs, and special projects.
Produce multimedia content for social media, web, and digital campaigns.
Design and edit Harbor’s internal podcast and coordinate recordings.
