Qualifications

• Enrolled college student (juniors/sophomores preferred).
• Interest in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for content creation and storytelling.
• Comfortable taking photos, recording videos, and learning new marketing tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump into new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing strategies and campaign execution.
• Create content for social media platforms, including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts.
• Capture photography and video content at job sites, company events, and community engagements.
• Help increase audience engagement through social media interactions and online outreach.
• Support community networking efforts with local businesses, HOAs, property managers, and referral partners.
• Assist with branding, promotional materials, and other creative marketing initiatives.
• Track marketing performance and helping organize marketing data and assets.
• Support company events, sponsorships, and community outreach activities.
• Providing operational support on special projects as business needs arise.
