Job summary

East Coast Cannabis is seeking a community-minded college student to join as a Community Brand Ambassador & Retail Associate. The role blends retail work with grassroots marketing, representing the brand in the local community and supporting outreach efforts.

You will work about 5 hours per week in-store, providing excellent customer service, merchandising support, and knowledge of products. Flexible hours support academic commitments, plus a $600 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a generous

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in local college or university.
• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible for Maine IIC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active involvement in student life preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Represent East Coast Cannabis in the local community.
• Build brand awareness through peer-to-peer engagement.
• Distribute promotional materials and participate in events.
• Promote events, launches, and promotions.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team on engagement ideas.
