You will lead day-to-day client programs, guide teams, and help brands achieve business and communications objectives through strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

The Account Supervisor, Brand role emphasizes client leadership, development of communications strategies, media outreach, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful campaigns

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public relations, communications, brand marketing or related fields within an agency or other fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and executing communications programs that support business and brand objectives.
• Strong understanding of media relations, influencer engagement and integrated communications strategies.
• Experience planning and executing events, campaigns or brand activations.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively about client challenges and opportunities.
• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills, with experience developing client-facing materials and recommendations.
• Experience building strong client relationships and supporting communications programs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, managing projects and integrated workstreams with high-quality execution.
• Contribute to development of communications strategies, messaging and content for brands.
• Develop media and influencer outreach programs and build relationships for measurable results.
• Deliver integrated campaigns, events and communications initiatives aligned with client goals.
• Identify opportunities to introduce clients to new capabilities and contribute to growth.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
