Job summary

Consider Posh Pro is seeking a dynamic Communications Coordinator to help develop and implement strategies that strengthen our brand presence across social media, websites, newsletters, and press releases.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage social accounts, organize events, and build media lists while delivering clear, engaging content. Bachelor’s degree and strong writing/organizational skills are required; CMS and graphic design tools preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems.
• Experience with graphic design and multimedia tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support organizational objectives.
• Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across multiple platforms including social media, websites, newsletters, and press releases.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage the organization’s social media accounts, monitoring engagement and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Assist in organizing events and promotional activities to enhance public relations efforts.
• Maintain media lists, build relationships with journalists, and coordinate media outreach.
