Job summary

C & B Operations, LLC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand to life across locations, customers, and communities. You will manage social media content, coordinate campaigns, and work with vendors to ensure our branding stays consistent.

You will also handle co-op advertising, design marketing materials, and coordinate events from planning to execution, collaborating with teams at 38 John Deere locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
• Working knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign) and ability to prepare print-ready files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be self-motivated, creative, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage organic social media content across C & B channels.
• Build and manage paid social media campaigns, including budgets and performance tracking.
• Create and send email marketing, including content and distribution lists.
