Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in marketing, communications, content management or related role.
• Experience managing website content and digital communication platforms.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and current information.
• Create, schedule, and distribute customer email campaigns and promotional messaging.
• Enhance employee communications and manage internal newsletters and intranet resources.
• Monitor and report on email and website analytics to optimize engagement.
