Job summary

Miranda Creative, Inc. in Connecticut seeks an energetic account manager to support the brand management team across nonprofit, healthcare, municipal and tourism clients.

You will partner with senior team members from discovery through launch and beyond, ensuring programs meet client goals and stay on schedule. You’ll oversee timelines and budgets, guide cross‑functional work across design, content and digital projects, and help craft strategy, present at client meetings, and translate needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, public relations or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1–3 years of related marketing, brand, or account management experience.
• Agency experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide wide-ranging support to brand management team and serve as second seat on assigned clients.
• Serve as main contact and trusted partner for smaller clients from discovery through launch and beyond.
• Lead client meetings, assist in developing strategy, capture deliverables, and translate needs into actionable plans.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across design, content, web, and digital projects.
• Oversee day-to-day execution of campaigns across social media, email, digital ads, websites, and blogs.
• Track initiatives, monitor performance, and provide measurable results.
