Job summary

GrooveWorks Signs & Design, based in Owensboro, KY, seeks a Brand Builder for the Fabrication Team. You'll fabricate signs and displays, prepare materials, apply vinyl graphics, laminate prints, and operate fabrication tools to reflect the GrooveWorks brand.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Prior construction or fabrication experience helps, but is not required; strong teamwork is valued and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, carpentry, welding, sign production, warehouse work, or fabrication is helpful but not required.
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Able to learn new fabrication techniques and operate tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom signs and displays.
• Prepare aluminum, acrylic, PVC, wood, ACM and other materials.
• Apply and install vinyl graphics.
• Laminate printed graphics.
• Operate fabrication equipment and power tools.
• Package completed projects and assist with installations.
• Perform quality inspections and keep area clean.
