Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative (1099) to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless/connectivity brand. You will serve as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are scheduled bi-monthly, typically one hour per visit, with flexible scheduling and immediate start dates after certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Access to transportation to travel to local store locations.
• Personal smart device with internet (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecom or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit followed by follow-ups and transitions to visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
