ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/ connectivity brand. You will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, conducting bi-monthly visits and ensuring accurate audits and brand visibility.

Visiting stores takes about one hour per visit, with a flexible schedule and immediate start on certification. This role offers supplemental income as an Independent Contractor (1099).

Qualifikationen

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail; highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to device with internet (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Aufgaben

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Initial audit visits progress to follow-up visits to resolve issues and later visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
