Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/ connectivity brand. You will serve as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, conducting regular visits to assess audits, quality, and brand presence.

Visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with total stores varying by market. This flexible, supplemental income opportunity offers immediate start dates upon completing Brand Rep

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and highly professional behavior.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet (iOS 17+/Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless, telecom, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store audits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Begin with an audit during the initial visit, then follow up to resolve issues, and progress to visual merchandising.
• Assist store staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
