Job summary

Old Navy is looking for a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will provide excellent customer service, educate on products, and educate customers about loyalty programs while collaborating with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience using omnichannel tools.

You will engage with shoppers, drive sales through suggestive selling, and support store operations across floors and back-of-house areas. A flexible schedule including holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider delivering exceptional in-store experience.
• Comfort with using retail technology and POS systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Physically able to move around store and lift up to 30 lbs.
