Overview

Brand & Social Media Marketing Manager – Remote (must be based in a U.S. state where Allstar Services operates)

Allstar Services is seeking a resourceful, creative, and strategic Brand & Social Media Marketing Manager to drive marketing across our rapidly growing portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Communication, this role requires 3–5 years of hands-on brand marketing experience, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and the knack for balancing data-driven decision-making with creative storytelling.

What You’ll Do
  • Brand Development: Launch new brands and optimize existing ones across websites, social, and collateral; shape positioning and build visual identity systems (logos, colors, typography).
  • Social Media Marketing: Lead paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and develop organic social strategies to grow presence and engagement from the ground up.
  • Creative Campaigns: Collaborate with design teams and agencies on websites, email, direct mail, collateral, and multi-channel campaigns that bring each brand to life while maintaining overall platform consistency.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with agencies and partners, ensuring campaigns are on brand, on time, and on budget.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategy to maximize ROI.
  • Multi-Brand Project Management: Coordinate marketing across 20+ brands, build timelines, manage calendars, and ensure all deliverables hit deadlines in a dynamic environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of brand marketing experience with expertise in social media marketing (paid + organic).
  • Proven experience managing agencies and creative partners.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for tracking performance metrics and optimizing campaigns, with the ability to pivot when needed.
  • Creative, collaborative, and resourceful attitude; proactive and results-driven.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or portfolios is a plus.
