Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand in big-box retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program with the same rep every 8 weeks.

Positions are in Ogden and Salt Lake City, UT. You will train retailer staff, engage shoppers, and ensure displays are tidy. $24/hour with paid training; needs a smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out.

Qualifications

• Must have Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
• Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).

This is a 1‑year continuity program—same store, same rep, every 8 weeks—to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

What You'll Do

Compensation

$24.00 per hour. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

• Complete one 1‑hour in‑store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line – ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in‑store brand displays at each visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on‑site via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos and reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in‑store presence: clean polo and jeans (no rips/holes) and a visible brand‑issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times – you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in‑store visit.
