In this sales-based role, agents invite guests to attend vacation club presentations with incentives and commissions. The role features a base hourly rate with uncapped earning potential through weekly commissions and a monthly volume bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation while adhering to company policies.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend trainings and meetings, stay current on materials and industry trends.
