Job summary

Rails, a fashion brand, is seeking a Store Keyholder/Sales Associate to support the daily operations of our Scottsdale store. You will drive client engagement, uphold visual standards, and help execute initiatives set by management to achieve sales targets and KPI goals.

You will represent Rails in-store and across channels, delivering an exceptional client experience, assisting with styling, and contributing to a collaborative store environment that reflects the Rails culture and brand values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment preferred.
• Fashion enthusiasts with experience in women’s and men’s apparel preferred.
• Ability to create, manage and adhere to deadlines.
• Familiar with key retail performance indicators.
• Adaptable, open, good listener and compassionate.
• Strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable with PC and iOS software.
