Job summary

Rails is seeking a dedicated Keyholder/Sales Associate for its Chicago store. You will support floor coverage, client service, and store operations while upholding Rails’ brand standards and visual guidelines. You will engage clients, assist with styling, and drive sales with a strong focus on KPI achievement.

The role emphasizes brand representation, teamwork with management, and ongoing training to deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with Rails culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a keyholder role.
• Retail experience in women’s and men’s apparel preferred.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiar with retail KPIs and performance indicators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and climb ladders.
• Willing to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Support floor coverage and client service to meet financial targets and visual standards.
• Assist in executing business plans to drive sales and address opportunities.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Rails culture and values.
• Maintain store atmosphere and uphold brand image; ensure store upkeep and visual standards.
• Support inventory, receipts, reconciliations and transfers; assist omnichannel functions (Order-in-Store, Ship-from-Store, Pickup-in-Store, Reserve-in-Store).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Store Management, Visual Team and CRM to achieve KPI goals.
