Job summary

Good American in Atlanta is seeking a client-focused Brand Ambassador to represent the brand in daily store operations, deliver the best client experience, and drive sales with strong engagement. This onsite role emphasizes teamwork, visual standards, stock support, and a commitment to brand culture.

You will coach peers, participate in events, and build a robust client book to grow acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

At least 2+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment.
Experience within women’s apparel retail preferred.
Familiar with key retail performance indicators.
Adaptable, a sense of openness, active listener, and compassionate.
Comfortable with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices.

Responsibilities

Be an ambassador to the brand and promote the culture of Good American internally and externally.
Drive for financial results by achieving individual sales targets and coaching team members.
Ensure KPI goals are attained and support achievement of KPI goals.
Follow through on customer journey to ensure a content client.
Deliver the best possible client experience with every engagement (in store, virtual, other).
Create and maintain a robust client book focusing on acquisition and retention.
Support floor coverage, visual merchandising standards, and stock operations.
