LOFT is seeking a part-time Sales Associate at our Anchorage store to greet customers, offer personalized styling, and guide shoppers through their journey. You’ll help maintain a beautiful, organized sales floor and contribute to a welcoming environment that reflects LOFT’s brand.

In this role, you’ll leverage product knowledge and a hospitality mindset to drive sales while supporting store promotions and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-focused roles preferred.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well-organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You'll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always-inviting environment on the sales floor.

You'll bring to the role

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
