JOB DESCRIPTION:

Brand Ambassador (Street Team)

Job Summary:

Looking for Brand Activators in Michigan to represent our brands through demos and events with our retail dispensary partners. Responsibilities include representing the brand(s), company, and product through various sales and marketing activities and industry events. We seek enthusiastic, passionate cannabis lovers to represent our brands.

Major duties/responsibilities:
  • Visit dispensaries and represent our brand at vendor days, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Coordinate event logistics with sales and marketing departments to ensure sufficient materials, personnel, and product distribution.
  • Educate customers and budtenders on our brands and product offerings.
  • Build relationships with budtenders, store managers, industry associations, and other contacts to identify and maintain prospective and existing customers.
  • Proactively plan networking strategies, including partnership opportunities for brand exposure.
  • Canvas new business by visiting dispensaries, developing relationships, dropping off introductory documents, and providing swag. Track and report communications and outreach after each visit.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings to engage with the sales team on products and market trends.
  • Maintain current knowledge on market events and trends, including competitor initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Passion for the cannabis industry and enthusiasm about working in a fast-paced startup.

  • Excellent networking skills.
  • Strong social presence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours as needed.
  • Ability to transport promotional materials in personal vehicle.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
