Job Summary

A Brand Ambassador represents and promotes the brand positively and welcomingly. This role is vital for building and maintaining a positive brand image and increasing brand awareness. Responsibilities include in-store samplings, occasional samplings in bars and restaurants, and participation in all-day promotional events.

What We Need From You

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product and brand.
• Stay updated on features, new releases, and brand statistics.
• Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude to create a favorable impression.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.
• Follow dress code and appearance standards.
• Gather customer feedback and insights for marketing and product development.
• Communicate consumer preferences and concerns to improve customer experience.
• Accurately report event data via the Company Sampling Portal.
• Handle unexpected situations during promotional events with flexibility.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Be available to commit to 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month.

What You Will Do

• Act as a spokesperson, embodying the brand's values and mission.
• Collaborate with account managers and event staff for planning and execution.
• Engage with consumers during high-priority sampling events at stores.
• Interact during on-premise events at restaurants, bars, and community gatherings.
• Participate in occasional local community event marketing.

Additional Notes

This is a 1099 contracted position. Must be able to commit to 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays each month.
