Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values. You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while staying policy-driven and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays when guests shop.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful product recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
