Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a brand ambassador to help guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting smoothies and retail products that support a healthy, active lifestyle. The successful team member will be passionate about the brand and eager to take on new challenges.

You will greet guests, provide a friendly experience, prepare ingredients, and ensure orders meet guest expectations while promoting the company’s culture and mission.

Qualifications

• Energetic and dynamic team member excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests with a guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious smoothies.
• Ensure the guest purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and store checklists.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote Smoothie King culture, values, and mission.
