Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a brand ambassador to assist guests with selecting smoothies and retail products that support fitness goals. You will greet guests, engage them, and provide a friendly experience while upholding the brand’s culture and values.

The role emphasizes energetic team members, strong communication, and a guest-first mindset. Previous food service helps, but is not required. Flexible schedule and employee discount are benefits.

Qualifications

• Energetic and dynamic team members who are excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food Service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, with a 'guest comes first' attitude.

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensure the Guest purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greet and engage the Guest to provide a friendly experience
• Properly prep all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Perform store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
