• Maintain sales floor and store standards and share feedback about customer and category needs with management.
• Participate in team training and contribute to a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and move for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
