Job summary

Altar’d State in Springfield, MO is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well-kept store environment.

You will consistently meet individual sales goals that support overall store performance, assist in opening/closing procedures, and help with inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Brand Representatives must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to stand, move and lift up to 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and building relationships.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment and assist with merchandising.
• Handle register transactions accurately and manage cash with precision.
