Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, excited to educate guests on AE/Aerie products and promote the loyalty program.

You love interacting with people, stay energetic while multitasking, and are available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you’ll enjoy generous discounts on AE and Aerie products.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with customers and building rapport.
• Able to multitask and stay energized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy and standards.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and exceptional service.
