Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, excited about AE & Aerie products, and eager to build brand loyalty.

You will engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Enjoy interacting with guests and building brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
