Job summary

Pandora in Providence, RI is seeking a Sales Lead to immerse in our brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional in-store experiences and supporting managers and sales associates.

You will drive sales beyond targets by connecting with fans, coaching the team, and sharing product knowledge to foster brand loyalty; a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays), ability to stand long hours and lift 50+ pounds is required. The role offers base pay with bonus and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver results.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
• 18+ with eligibility to work.
