Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences and connect with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Lead will fully immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Support Managers and Sales Associates to drive store success.
• Exceed sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower the team to achieve KPI goals.
