Reformation is seeking an Associate to drive sales and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will engage customers, share brand stories, and uphold store standards with a focus on sustainability.

You will be part of a fast-paced retail team, meeting sales goals while maintaining inventory accuracy and excellent service. Flexible scheduling and weekend availability are required.

• Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluation through NPS.
• Understand the need for inventory accuracy and controls in store.
• Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business.
• Uphold time and attendance policy.
• Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards at all times.
• Share knowledge about our product with enthusiasm.
• Communicate product feedback to improve product and merchandising.
• Help ensure the store environment is inspiring and product is accessible.
• Reflect Reformation values in all efforts.
• Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.
