Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Birch Run, MI. You will bring the brand to life, engage guests with energy, and help create an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll educate on AE/Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom. We value integrity, teamwork and enthusiasm for the brand. In this role you’ll connect with guests, deliver personalized service, and contribute to a positive store

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Loves AE and Aerie products and demonstrates brand enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team in daily tasks.
• Represent the brand values with integrity and authenticity.
