Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You will represent AE and Aerie products, share product details, and invite guests to join the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. No two days are the same.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, energetic and able to engage guests.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 16 years old.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for using the AE0 Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
