Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in the United States seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You are the face of our company, passionate about products, and committed to brand loyalty with your REAL self.

You’ll engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie items, and promote our loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• You have prior retail experience or a strong interest in AE & Aerie products.
• You can work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person and engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a collaborative team player and help the team get the job done.
