Job summary

OFFLINE by Aerie is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Hurst, TX. You will engage with guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing the brand across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

You should be energetic, a people person with prior retail experience, and available evenings, weekends and holidays. You must be at least 16 years old. The role includes employee discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Ability to educate guests on product details and make recommendations.
• Experience working in retail or fast-paced environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the store's selling model and provide a friendly, helpful experience.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and loyalty programs.
• Floater across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while adhering to store policies.
• Support team and contribute to achieving store goals.
