Job summary

You’ll engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, and make targeted suggestions to fit their needs. You’ll promote the loyalty program and fluidly move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting

Qualifications

• Customer facing experience preferred
• Retail or hospitality experience a plus
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures
