American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Tacoma, WA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, share brand stories, and invite them to join the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash wrap, and fitting rooms.

The role values energy, guest focus, and a friendly, proactive attitude. Prior retail exposure is a plus, and you must be at least 16 years old to apply.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
