Qualifications

• Comfortable learning new technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting guests and building authentic relationships.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing POP MART's story, products, and promotions.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the POS system.
• Assist with receiving shipments, merchandising, inventory, and stockroom organization.
• Support store operations and collaborate with teammates to meet daily sales goals.
