Job summary

J.McLaughlin is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Greensboro, NC. You will be the brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client service and driving sales with in-depth product knowledge.

Use clienteling tools, participate in events, and support store operations while upholding merchandising standards. A HS diploma and retail experience are preferred, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record achieving sales goals and accountability.
• Ability to multi-task and work various shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Ambassador by embracing the company culture and developing relationships with clients and communities.
• Provide exemplary client service to create a customer-centric environment.
• Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and suggesting items to clients.
• Utilize clienteling tools and outreach to inform customers of events and new arrivals.
• Support the store manager with daily operations and maintain areas of responsibility.
• Maintain knowledge of current merchandise, pricing, and promotions for clients.
