Responsibilities

Act as Brand Ambassador and build relationships with clients and communities.
Provide exemplary client service in a friendly retail environment.
Drive sales by using product knowledge and making appropriate suggestions.
Utilize clienteling tools and outreach to inform customers of events and new products.
Support store manager with daily operations and responsibilities.
Maintain knowledge of merchandise, pricing, and promotions for clients.
Assist in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining visual standards.
Open and close procedures and cover key holder duties when needed.
