Job summary

J.McLaughlin is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for our Lincoln Park store in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing the brand with integrity and enthusiasm.

You will build rapport with clients, maintain product knowledge, assist with merchandising, and participate in store events to create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador and develop relationships with clients and communities.

• Utilize clienteling tools to inform customers of events and new arrivals.
• Support store manager with daily operations and merchandising.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and key holder duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock room.
