Re-Bath Knoxville is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the company inside Lowe’s and Home Depot partner stores in the Knoxville area. You will build relationships with store staff, educate them on our remodeling solutions, and generate qualified leads to drive business growth.

The role requires visiting multiple locations daily, engaging with associates, conducting knowledge sessions, and promoting Re-Bath services.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, and customer-facing roles is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Willing to travel between assigned retail locations and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Lowe’s and Home Depot associates, department supervisors, and store managers.
• Engage with store associates daily to share information about Re-Bath products, services, promotions and referral opportunities.
• Conduct product knowledge sessions to help associates confidently recommend Re-Bath to customers weekly.
• Generate qualified leads through associate engagement, customer interactions, in-store promotions, and events daily.
• Educate associates and customers on Re-Bath remodeling solutions, financing options, warranties, and current promotions.
• Coordinate promotional events with store management and track visits and activities.
