Re-Bath Knoxville is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the company inside Lowe’s and Home Depot partner stores in the Knoxville area. You will build relationships with store staff, educate them on our remodeling solutions, and generate qualified leads to drive business growth.

The role requires visiting multiple locations daily, engaging with associates, conducting knowledge sessions, and promoting Re-Bath services.

Pay: $18–$20 per hour

We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, and professional Brand Ambassador to represent Re-Bath inside our Lowe’s and Home Depot partner stores.

Position Overview

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Re-Bath within assigned retail locations, build relationships with store associates and managers, educate them on our products and services, and generate qualified leads. Your efforts will help strengthen retail partnerships, increase appointment opportunities, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Lowe’s and Home Depot associates, department supervisors, and store managers.
• Engage with at least 10 store associates daily to share information about Re-Bath's products, services, promotions and referral opportunities.
• Conduct product knowledge (PK) sessions to help associates confidently recommend Re-Bath to customers weekly.
• Generate qualified leads through associate engagement, customer interactions, in-store promotions, and special events daily.
• Educate associates and customers on Re-Bath's bathroom remodeling solutions, financing options, warranties, and current promotions.
• Maintain a professional presence in assigned stores and ensure Re-Bath displays and marketing materials are clean and presentable.
• Coordinate promotional events and lead-generation activities with store management.
• Track store visits, associate interactions, leads generated, and other required activity reports.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing training to improve product knowledge and performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, sales, relationship building, lead generation, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable approaching people, starting conversations, and building rapport.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to learn product details and confidently present information.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on results and consistent daily activity.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned retail locations are required.
