Job summary

Carhartt seeks a dedicated on-site Retail Associate in Tempe, AZ to deliver premier consumer experiences and promote the Carhartt story. You will uphold visual standards, merchandise effectively, and work to meet store revenue goals while representing the brand with integrity.

You will collaborate with a close-knit D2C team, participate in performance development, and ensure safe, policy-compliant operations. Flexible retail hours and occasional local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, prioritization and communication skills.
• Exceptional team and collaboration skills.
• PC Skills: POS Systems and Microsoft Office.

• Deliver the ultimate retail consumer experience with every interaction.
• Provide genuine consumer connections by delivering engaging, efficient, and personalized experiences, while telling the Carhartt story.
• Execute Visual Merchandising and Visual Standards to ensure product is properly displayed.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute positively and bring your best to work each day.
• Support leadership with development, training, coaching, and feedback for growth.
• Uphold operational standards and safety, including company policies and procedures.
• Work as a team to help achieve store revenue goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive sales by exceeding consumer expectations.
• Assist with community engagement events and growing brand awareness.
