Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 1387-Chapel Hill-ANN-Fort Worth, TX. You will be the brand ambassador, helping customers with personalized styling and keeping the floor organized to impress shoppers.

You will collaborate with your team to create friendly, engaging experiences, share product knowledge, and use technology and POS tools to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
