Job summary

LOFT in Springfield, MO is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You will connect with customers, offer personalized styling, and keep merchandise organized to impress shoppers.

You will collaborate with the team to create warm, memorable experiences, drive loyalty, and enable a seamless omnichannel journey using available tools. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
